Automated Role Provisioning

We are using Microsoft SSO with Azure AD where user hierarchy and roles are already maintained.

How can we replicate the same hierarchy and role-based access inside Lumenore without manually creating roles again?

Also, when users are added or removed in AD, how does the sync work with Lumenore? Is it automatic and scalable for large organizations?
