Yes, an admin can change ownership of a dataset created within the workspace/organization by any user
Steps :
1 – Login to Lumenore
2 – Click ‘Profile’ icon available on the header towards right and select Admin option
3 – Select Dataset management tab
4 – Click on Actions menu and select Assign Acccess
5 – select from dropdown or search for the user who needs to be the owner of dataset, select from other options of removing access or keeping read access for existing owner.
