To create a local variable in your dashboard, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to the Dashboard page and open the dashboard you want to edit.
    2. Click on Edit to open the Chart Designer screen.
    3. In the Attributes or Measures section (based on your requirement), click on the three dots (â‹®) next to the respective table.
    4. Select “Create Calculated Measure.”
    5. The Calculated Variable window will appear. Create your derived variable using the available functions based on your uploaded data.
    6. Click “Validate” to preview and verify the results.
    7. Save the variable and use it within your dashboard charts as needed.

Please note: The scope of this variable is local to the dashboard only and will not affect other modules such as Ask Me or DYK.
