How to set up alert for KPI? Which option to use?

I have a dashboard with KPI comparing Sales MTD vs Sales MTD Last Year or QTD vs Sales QTD Last year, and the % changes (Let’s say it is live dashboard).

I want to set up an alert so when the % change is less then -10% then send me an alert with message:

“Your sales decreased by -11.01% comparing to MTD Last Year”

I could not figure out how to set this alert up.
