    Guided RCA (Root Cause Analysis) in Lumenore is an AI-powered feature that automatically identifies and explains the key drivers behind changes in a metric, without requiring manual deep analysis. 

    It helps quickly understand why a KPI has increased or decreased by analyzing data across different dimensions. 

    How it Works: 

    • Select a chart and run Auto RCA from the Insights section  

     

    • Choose an attribute (e.g., Region, Category, Department)  
    • The system breaks down the metric across selected categories  
    • A bar chart visualization highlights performance (over/under average)  
    • AI generates automated insights and explanations  
    • Changing the attribute dynamically updates the analysis
